Our client, a Real Estate industry leader in NY with a diversified portfolio (5 hotels, 10 Portfolios with 106 Commercial Properties, 5000 Residential units) seeks a Leasing & Marketing Manager to help to manage a growing team.
Job Description:

Financial Goals
Prepare financial reports for upper management as needed
Review and approve all team payroll
Keep team statistics up-to-date
Team Management & Administration
Coordinate weekly team meetings, agent duty and staff schedules, team related activities
Coordinate team members, staff schedules and oversee daily tasks/functions
Manage team members’ requests for leave, absenteeism, vacation and sick time
Create, review and update company Policy Manual and Office Procedures Manual
Develop and implement new systems for team for continuous performance improvement
Oversee hiring of new team members: review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, process all paperwork upon hiring
Develop and coordinate new personnel training schedules
Conduct personnel reviews
Marketing & Advertising
Review with Team those properties that are to be advertised and prepare accordingly
Oversee all marketing-related activities
Stay aware of new marketing ideas and trends
Conceptualize, source and order all marketing materials
Source vendors for innovative advertising ventures
Source tenant gifts and coordinate production and distribution
Develop and manage Broker Event Programs and Client Appreciation events
Web Site &Administration
Understand the operation of software
Maintain and update web site as required
Miscellaneous
Assist upper management with projects as required
Attend management meetings as requested
Ensure that Job Description is reviewed quarterly and updated every annually
General Office Stipulations
Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Manage Team goal planning
Know all the programs of the Team/Company and be able to explain, to anyone, the benefits of dealing with the Team/Company.
Speak positively about the Company and Team members, at all times.
Bring any questions / concerns / problems to the attention of a Senior Manager immediately. Good communication is imperative.
Complete work accurately and on a timely basis.
Be willing to learn, make changes, and support the growth of everyone on the Team.
Maintain good, solid judgment and be focused at all times.
Be willing to perform tasks that are outside your realm of responsibility as necessary to maintain the daily professional flow of work
